Nutrition Inc. ’s educational events are taught by our founders and a handpicked team of Nutrition Therapists. The expertise of our team and the services we provide are unmatched in the industry. We have assembled a team of nutrition therapists that are excellent educators and effective health coaches. We work with employees to empower their employees with nutrition and lifestyle information that is specific to their health hurdles, is research based, and is easy to understand implement into their daily lives.

Nutrition Inc. Nutrition Inc. also partners with a variety of wellness professionals that are experts in their fields. This allows us to provide our clients a more diverse and relevant selection of wellness topics and educational activities. Our partners include meditation coaches, fitness professionals, yoga teachers, natural food chefs, massage therapists, biometric screening personnel, and stress management experts – to name a few! We are committed to providing a complete and customized wellness package to each and every employer group.

Nutrition Inc. was founded by three dynamic Master Nutrition Therapists who spent years working in the business world and have experienced firsthand the health issues that employees face.

Nutrition Inc. was formed in response to the realization that food and nutrition are often overlooked in existing corporate wellness programs. While exercise is important, understanding more about what we put into our bodies on a daily basis is critical for employees to be healthier, happier, and more productive in high pressure work environments.

Meet the Founders

Debora Hankinson, MNTDebora Hankinson, MNT has more than 25 years experience in the professional services industry having owned several companies and provided problem solving and design expertise to various fortune 500 companies. Debora is an entrepreneur by nature and has focused her creative talent in the nutrition field for the past five years. Debora’s approach to nutrition incorporates both clinical and holistic nutrition strategies. Debora works primarily with adult men and women to help them use nutrition to support a variety of health issues including, diabetes, digestive issues, cholesterol, memory loss, depression, bone health, cancer, prostate health, and hormone imbalances. Debora enjoys teaching nutrition to groups and presents regularly to employees, seniors and community groups on a variety of topics. Debora recently developed the Coal Creek Canyon Weight Loss Program which is a more comprehensive weight loss program because it addresses an individual’s underlying metabolic imbalances. Debora is also the inventor of the travel tabbi vitamin and supplement organizer. Debora received her Master Nutrition Therapy certification from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado.

Amy Horn
Amy Horn, MNT received her Master Nutrition Therapist designation from Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. She received her undergraduate degree in Sports Management and Wellness from Simpson College in Iowa. Amy’s first career was in the non-profit sector; her second career in natural health has been a natural progression of helping people find resources they can use to enhance their lives. Through internships, consulting, and professional and community affiliations she has acquired a strong sense of how diet and lifestyle can affect the way a person thinks and feels, and how to thrive by way of nutritional wellness. Amy is continually amazed at the many different ways she is able to apply her holistic nutrition education to help people improve their health. Some of the issues Amy works with are blood sugar imbalances, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, food sensitivities, digestive disorders, nutrient deficiencies, and detoxification.


Kate Pfeiffer, MNT

Kate Pfeiffer, MNT, earned business and language degrees from ASU and worked at various manufacturing companies before her personal journey took her to the health field. After graduating from the Nutrition Therapy institute with a Master Nutrition Therapist designation, she started her private nutrition consulting business where she helps individuals of all ages achieve their health goals. She has been quoted in publications like USA Today, Mint.com and the Denver Post and has appeared on television. Kate’s main areas of interest are diabetes, metabolic syndrome, anxiety, depression, headaches, migraines, heartburn, IBS, UC, Crohn’s disease and autoimmune disease in addition to heart disease and osteoporosis prevention. Kate is a Certified First Line Therapy Lifestyle Educator. Kate lives in a gluten free household with her husband and son.
